1. DvdCash.com and its controlling interest will provide functional adult sites by which you shall be entitled to advertise for.
You shall share in the profit of each membership that is enrolled through your signup section of which you advertise.
2. All partners will send traffic to the link provided to you when you sign up. You may not put our pages on your own server. All pages will reside on our servers.
3. DvdCash.com makes no warranties or claims as to service. The server and service is run as best as possible but due to acts of God, and the non uniformity of the internet,
we are not responsible for interrupted, discontinued, canceled or an other problems regarding this service.
4. The member, and DvdCash.com, are able to terminate the agreement at any time. At such time the terminating party shall be required to notify the other as to the situation. Once terminated the use of the service shall be discontinued.
One terminated the members rights to continued payment cease to exist. Said member agree's that once the agreement is terminated, DvdCash.com is no longer required to pay, maintain contact, or provide any service to said member.
5. The member shall not use any illegal methods in regards to advertising and selling. No child pornography, bestiality or anything considered a violation of law in the United States
and or the local governments presiding over home state/county/country of said member. DvdCash.com is not responsible for any actions by any of it's affiliates.
6. All traffic MUST be referred from another website. Any traffic sent via email, IM or newsgroup spam will not be counted by our program.
This is an automated process, and anyone engaging in this activity forfeits any traffic sent and is not entitled to any payment.
7. DVDCash.com does not allow mailing unless it is CanSpam compliant and you check with us first!
